Challenger Bank
AI-Driven Contracting Transformation and CLM Digitization
Konexo supported a challenger bank in modernizing its contracting processes by implementing a CLM platform with embedded AI capabilities, including metadata extraction, automated workflows and contract analytics. The solution replaced manual, email-based processes and introduced AI-supported lifecycle management, improving governance and visibility across approximately 4,500 contracts.

AI-Enabled Contract Analysis and Insights
As part of a broader contract and matter management transformation, Konexo implemented AI contract analysis capabilities to enable automated extraction of insights from a large contract portfolio.
