The Department of Labor Relations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance has consulted on a draft bill entitled "The Strengthening the Implementation of the Principle of Equal Pay between Men and Women for Equal Work or Work of Equal Value, through Wage Transparency and Enforcement Mechanisms Law of 2026", with full transposition anticipated by 7 June 2026. That consultation is now closed and the outcome is awaited.
