About the event

How can you use AI in your company without losing control over data, decisions and responsibilities?

AI tools have long become part of everyday business operations – often evolving faster than internal policies can keep up. This creates new opportunities, but also brings new risks.

In four concise, practice-oriented presentations, we will show you how to leverage AI effectively while maintaining control – from IT and executive management to legal and compliance.

01 AI in Law Firms: How We Use AI Tools – and the Risks We Need to Manage.

Drawing on our own experience, we share insights into how we use AI, from legal research to drafting. Key topics include confidentiality, quality assurance (human-in-the-loop), managing hallucinations and our internal AI guidelines.

02 Dynamic Pricing: When AI Determines Prices – Opportunities, Risks and Limits.

A practical case study illustrates how data quality, discrimination, transparency, antitrust and competition law intersect – and why maintaining control becomes increasingly important as AI systems gain autonomy.

03 AI in the Workplace: Employee Monitoring, IT Policies and Liability.

What are employers allowed to monitor? What happens when employees use ChatGPT and similar tools for personal purposes or enter sensitive data despite company policies – and who is liable?

04 AI Contracts Under Scrutiny: Key Pitfalls When Using AI Tools.

What are you really purchasing with an AI subscription? Who can use your inputs to train AI models, who owns the output – and who bears the risk of inaccurate results? And why can a seemingly harmless free trial quickly become a business risk?

Coffee and breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. Following the presentations, there will be time for questions, discussions and networking.
