Eversheds Saladžius in Lithuania in collaboration with the British Embassy in Lithuania and the British Chamber of Commerce, invites you to the business breakfast designed for business leaders, HR professionals, and in-house counsel preparing for the new pay transparency requirements.
During the event Eversheds Saladžius Partner Milda Jasaitienė will explore the key changes arising from the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including employees’ rights to pay information, potential risks for employers, and practical steps organizations can take now to prepare. The session will also highlight the most relevant employment law developments in this area in 2026. A business representative will be invited to share a practical perspective on pay transparency and how organizations are preparing for the new requirements.
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion bringing together different perspectives on diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities, and pay transparency in the workplace, including practical insights into how organizations are preparing for the new requirements.
