About the event

The EU Platform Workers Directive must be transposed into national law by end of 2026. This webinar examines how Estonia is preparing for transposition and what the new rules mean for platform companies and businesses using gig workers locally. As the home of globally recognized platforms such as Bolt, Estonia is at the forefront of developments in this area. We will examine the Directive's key requirements, the current state of Estonian transposition, practical implications for employers operating in Estonia and compliance obligations.
