Competition law can affect M&A transactions much earlier in the deal process than businesses anticipate, with merger control requirements differing across jurisdictions. Understanding these differences is particularly important for businesses pursuing acquisitions across the Baltic region.
This webinar is designed for business leaders, in-house counsel, M&A professionals, and legal advisers seeking practical guidance on merger control in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Our M&A and competition law specialists from across the Baltics will explore the merger control frameworks, recent developments, and key country-specific considerations that can influence deal planning, process, and timing.
