Copie la documentación y envíela por correo electrónico al Departamento Jurídico y al abogado externo
Pida al funcionario responsable su número de móvil y compártalo con el Departamento Jurídico y el abogado externo
Siga las instrucciones del Departamento Jurídico o del abogado externo

Identifique a los funcionarios como lo haría con cualquier otro visitante, pero no examine el propósito de la visita
Busque una sala vacía para que los funcionarios esperen hasta que llegue un miembro del Departamento Jurídico o un alto directivo

Haga una lista de todos los funcionarios y de la autoridad a la que pertenecen
Transmita esta información al Departamento Jurídico

Reserve tres salas de reuniones para todo el día (que no contengan documentación ni den acceso al sistema informático de la empresa)
Dos serán para los funcionarios y una para la empresa
Tiene autoridad para cancelar cualquier otra reunión para que haya salas disponibles

Trate la llegada de los funcionarios como algo confidencial
No obstruya a los funcionarios de ninguna manera; si los funcionarios se niegan a esperar, póngase en contacto con un miembro del Departamento Jurídico inmediatamente
