Connecting to Wi-Fi

While you are visiting us we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access for you to use on any device that you may bring. This service will be shown as “Eversheds-Sutherland-Guest” when you look for Wi-Fi hotspots on your device. Simply select this hotspot/network, tap ‘Click here’ on the pop up page, followed by ‘done’ on the next screen and you’ll be free to surf.

Printing

If you require a document to be printed during your visit to Eversheds Sutherland, please send it as an email attachment to newcastlereception@eversheds-sutherland.com clarifying: – the number of copies you require – if you would prefer black and white or colour – the meeting room that you are in We will then have them printed and delivered to you. Should you require large printing, photocopying or scanning please contact Client Support on +44 791 726 5320 for assistance.

In case of emergency

In the event of a medical or security emergency please call a staff member for immediate assistance. Your emergency assembly point is located on St Andrew’s Street on the west side of the building (down the fire exit stairwell on your side). Please follow the emergency evacuation procedure below:

  • on hearing the evacuate alarm, leave the building by the nearest stairwell
  • do not attempt to use the lifts as they will be out of use on activation of the alarm
  • do not stop to collect personal belongings
  • do not re-enter the building until you are advised it is safe to do so
  • inform your host or reception if you believe you will have difficulty walking down the stairs

If the alert message sounds, you do not need to evacuate. Please await further instructions. In the event of injury or illness, please contact the Client Support Team via:
