Our strategy

Our responsible business strategy
Our vision for our responsible business strategy is to help create a better, fairer world for all while delivering on our purpose of helping our clients, our people and our communities to thrive.
Being a responsible business means we are committed to embedding responsible business practices across our operations in their entirety but, for reporting purposes, we use the following structure:

People
We empower our people by creating a values-led, diverse and inclusive culture with wellbeing at its heart and invest in everyone’s future through learning and development.

Community
We make a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work through our pro bono, volunteer and charitable activities, using our talents and time for the benefit of others.

Environment
We are committed to protecting our planet by reducing our environmental impact and promoting the conservation of natural resources.

Governance & ethics
We safeguard the highest levels of professional standards and integrity throughout our governance structures and commitment to ethical business practices.
Our responsible business strategy is led by Lee Ranson, Chief Executive, with oversight by our Board. As a participant in the UN Global Compact, we are required to submit a Communication on Progress (‘COP’) each year. The COP sets out details of how we uphold the UNGC’s Ten Principles across the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption and is published on the UNGC website. Our 2024 COP submission to the UNGC can be accessed here.
