Contattare un consulente legale esterno se indicato
Chiedere ai funzionari di attendere l’arrivo del team legale o di un dirigente

Condividere i documenti dei funzionari e le loro email con il team legale ed i consulenti legali esterni
Chiedere al responsabile dell’Ispezione il numero di telefono e fornirlo al team legale ed ai consulenti legali esterni
Seguire le istruzioni fornite dal team legale e dai consulenti legali esterni

Registrare i funzionari secondo le procedure seguite per qualsiasi altro visitatore, ma non registrare il motivo della visita
Collocare i funzionari in una stanza vuota fino all’arrivo di un membro del team legale o di un dirigente

Produrre un elenco dei funzionari e dell’autorità per cui lavorano
Trasmettere questa informazione al team legale

Prenotare tre sale riunioni per l’intera giornata (che non contengano documenti e che non consentano l’accesso ai sistemi IT dell’azienda)
Due saranno per i funzionari e una per la società
Avete il potere di cancellare ogni altra riunione se necessario per avere spazio

Trattate l’arrivo dei funzionari come riservato
Non ostacolate i funzionari in alcun modo – se i funzionari rifiutano di attendere contattate immediatamente un membro del team legale
