Entraver l’enquête ou faire obstruction à l’enquête, de quelque manière que ce soit
Détruire, falsifier, cacher ou effacer un document ou un e-mail
Entamer une conversation non-nécessaire avec les Agents, sauf si cela vous est demandé expressément
Proposer volontairement des informations, ou répondre à des questions, sans qu’un membre de l’équipe juridique ne soit présent
