All EU Member States were required to transpose the AIFMD II reforms by 16 April 2026—covering updates to both the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and the UCITS Directive—into national law. This digital implementation tracker provides a dynamic overview of each country’s legislative journey toward implementation. Now also including Channel Islands and EEA EFTA States. We will continuously update the timeline to reflect new developments and expand the scope of tracked milestones and questions as needed.
